Well rounded appliance

The microwave is great and was easy to install. Controls function well but we suggest they be raised, in lieu of flush, to help us old folk find and press the correct one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The microwave works as is advertised, the only gripe I have with it is the rack to heat multiple things at the same time. It doesn't heat in even triple the time

The control panel is almost impossible to use in dim light. There's very little contrast between the numbers&letters, and the panel color, and it's not lighted. There's no way to pause the timer (you can pause the cook time, but not the timer). It does not have a reminder option. We chose it to replace another GE because it was the only one that would fit. It microwaves just fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awkward Controls compared to previous unit

I Bought this Microwave 2 months ago and I am now having problems. The internal fan does not come on when I use the microwave.
