It's great for still photos, but didn't produce the best "action shots." Made photography subjects look as if they were front lit, without a flash. A good product, easy to use and portable.

I'm not sure if this is a necessary product category, it's such a hassle to turn on the camera and then connect it to the wi fi in order to control the camera on the phone, I've missed a lot of shots like this, also the battery life is not acceptable for a full day of use.

Things I did not like:
no control of flash
no viewfinder (duh, but COULD be an improvement)
Takes up your wifi connection (disregard IF using NFC)

It's working hard, not fast as I was expected. My iPhone camera taking shots faster than this camera. For example if you want to take a pic something real fast you can't cuz of very slow concentration of camera.

Unable to connect, system crashes and cannot view photos on iPhone 5s.
Tried on Android HTC ONE as well. Cannot connect. It is extremely frustrating.

My iPhone provides great photographs on-the-go, but it doesn't provide the capabilities for serious photography or video recording. Enter the Sony DSC-QX10! It mates perfectly with my iPhone while still in it's case, it provides a 10x optical zoom, a low-light shooting sensor, optical stabilization, 18.9 megapixel photographs, 1080p/30 video recording, and a tripod mount!
The only thing that could be better is the wireless integration: perhaps it could utilize Bluetooth in addition to WiFi.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fun to use good for Selfies and I n other situations where you need a better angle and you can mount it to a tripod and also
to selfie single monopods . I would prefer that it not be Wi-Fi and I wished it was Bluetooth so that I can use my iPad and android devices without affecting the Internet
