We purchased our new GE oven a little more than a month ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the versatility of conduction and convection cooking. We are very pleased with its performance and appearance.

Very Good Performer, BUT Arrived DOA.

The oven arrived, was installed, and was dead on arrival. The installer was unable to get the oven controls to boot up, so he called GE service. GE service arrived three days later, and found the mounts the oven's control board should be screwed into were snapped off, and related electrical pin connectors were broken or bent. He promptly ordered new parts, they arrived within two days, and the following day a new repairman arrived and installed the new parts. It now works very well, but was clearly a victim of poor assembly and/or rough handling. Regardless, the oven performs very well, and if not for arriving DOA, it would have been rated excellent. As for GE service, they get an excellent rating.
