Great oven but...

This oven replaced a duplicate Profile double wall oven from 15 years ago. The difference is that the vent on the bottom blows HOT air making my kitchen like a sauna. This is different venting and I feel it should have been explained. Also, the doors to not close flush and in this case I can't open 2 cabinet drawers without holding in the lower oven door. I'm working on this problem with the installer.
