I bought this a few months ago. upgrading the look with all new appliances was the lift our kitchen needed. I love the new confection oven. the look and ease of use is perfect for two cooks in the house,

Probe didn't work Thanksgiving Day cooking turkey

Wished all the shelves had the glide hinges. Some of the shelves were very hard to get working, we had to have GE send us new ones, so maybe they were bent? The convection doesn't seem to cook any better or faster than the regular oven. Not sure this is "true convection". Personally do not like the way the controls are placed/separated out. I think this one needs to go back to the design board for changes. We also had to have a cabinet maker adjust the cut out and the drawer below to get it to fit the space of our previous 30" double oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
