One terrible experience

After moving into my newly renovated kitchen, when we used our new double oven for the very first time, we found that the oven would not broil. We pressed the broil button as the manual said, and the light for the upper oven came on, as well as broil. The light then went off and the oven shut down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm still adjusting to the reduced convection baking times and wish there was some sort of conversion chart included in the owners manual. The manual is very limited. There is no description of how the proof feature operates, but apparently it cycles the oven light on and off. I was counting on the proof feature, as I would use it several times a week. It doesn't warm the oven at all (checked with thermometer). That part is disappointing, as it was a factor that contributed to choosing this oven. Other than that, I'm very happy with all the other features, and the operation is more logical than the GE double wall oven it replaces, but then it did cost 3 times what the old one did new.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Build incomplete

Product was installed in our new home and during first use the convection fan blade was loose and now messed up the oven and can't use the upper oven and now waiting for replacement or repair. GE needs to make sure products are fully assembled prior to leaving facility and not loose. Builder told us we are not the first to have issues with this product.

My ovens only worked for one week

I purchased these ovens the week before Thanksgiving in 2017. They died on Thanksgiving while I was cooking dinner.

Design, Style, and Features are Wonderful!

We bought this recently and are very pleased with all the various features. We have baked broiled, and roasted many items that come out perfectly. Cleaning the outside it is easy due to the smooth flowing design. It looks beautiful in my all white kitchen and I have gotten many compliments on the design.

lower oven does not work well

We cannot get the lower oven to get hotter than 170 degrees F. We do need to call the warranty service for this.
We had the contractor for the house install this oven. When we were reviewing the items to be purchased, we thought that this oven had a separate upper and lower oven. That way, if one of the units broke beyond repair in the future we could replace just the malfunctioned item. But, by combining the two, we will be forced to replace them both. Had we known of this engineering, we would not have opted for this feature.

Excellent units

Purchased to replace typical stove (oven/cooktop combination). Excellent choice, and has all electronic controls. Convection in top oven is a real plus. Extremely satisfied.
