Very Disappointed in Ovens

My ovens are only 4 years old and while the second time "Self Cleaning" it shut down. Bottom oven is locked and the display is out. We tried turning the breaker on and off, so maybe it would reset. No luck. Soooo disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Double oven

Unit controls are confusing and difficult to manage. When unit is running it vents allot of heat into the kitchen from the bottom which is fine in the winter but will probably make us not use it much in the summer. Convection feature my wife won’t use not sure why. Came with the house , didn’t ask for it , it was part of the package .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really enjoy having a double oven, especially when I want to bake. I made a double batch of Peanut Butter Cookies last week & they came out just the way my husband likes them!

Replaced a 21 year old GE Profile double oven with this one. The old one still worked well, but we upgraded all kitchen appliances to stainless. Hopefully we will get another 21 years with this one! Keep up the Good Work GE!

This is replacing an oven that we had for 20 years. The old one sounded like a jet taking off when the fan went on (OK a bit of an exaggeration, but it was really loud!). We have tested this new oven and even with both the top and bottom ovens going the fan noise was really good. The lighting, the racks, the temp probe were all really nice pluses for us!
