Great Oven, Awesome Features

We replaced a 20 year old GE wall oven with this one and were amazed at the improvements in both controls and, more importantly, cooking. The oven cooks much faster and more evenly than our old one. The controls are self evident. My only negative comment is the advisory tone when the timer expires, it is unpleasant and annoying. It certainly demands attention. The tones should be selectable or at least a bit more like a classic chime. Still, this is a great oven and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great Double Oven

My 19 year old GE Double oven needed replacement and I wanted something I could depend on. Found this had all the features of other doubles that were more expensive. Love the sliding shelves, the proof feature. I have never had convection before and I'm learning to use. The best thing is I can use regular bake, Convection or broiler. This baby has everything and it's beautiful too!

Feature rich ovens with OPTIONS!

Convection on BOTH w/ option for traditional baking plus option for better circulation for multi-rack baking. Proof option for yeast rising. Probe for perfect meat doneness. Steam cleaning as well as self cleaning. 1 sliding rack and 3 racks per oven. Every feature you would want!

Don't waste your money on this one. I have had it a year and a half, and it has quit me three times! That's a lot of food to throw out because your oven stops working!

DISAPPOINTED!! Controls are Confusing

I have had this oven for 2 months and am not 100% happy with it. I am an avid baker and use my oven daily.
These are the CONS about this oven:
1. I find the controls difficult to navigate. All the controls for the bottom oven should
have been positioned in a separate area and not "mixed in" with the controls for
the upper oven. Every time I turn the upper oven on and set the temperature, I
have to "double check" that I put the correct oven on.

2. I do not like that the LOWEST temperature on the oven is 170 degrees. I prefer
a lower temperature, 150 degrees.

baking for a while, there is NO way to know when the oven has adjusted to the

4. Changing the Position of the oven racks is very tricky and not easy to do. I find
this very frustrating and have finally resorted to leaving the racks at a "set"

5. The oven takes a long time to pre-heat to 350 degrees(approx. 18 minutes).

I have this oven installed in my home. It is barely 2 years old and it is now broken. These ovens are created with poor workmanship and poor quality parts. Do not be confused by the fancy labels and the shiny stainless steel. Do not buy!
