The ceramic coated racks will be a blessing. I hated having to hand scrub chrome racks. Burned on stuff took hours to remove.

Oven racks

So far the oven has operated fine. However sliding or moving the racks make a great deal of noise. Metal upon metal grinding. They are also had to pull out. Perhaps they are not installed correctly? I will return to where I bought them and asked that they check. The installer said it was just a poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm so happy with this oven. It performs as described, looks great, and includes all the features I wanted -- convection, eight-pass broil element, halogen oven lighting, and glass touch controls. I can even link it to my iPhone for remote use. I'd buy it again.
