I bought this when my previous oven died a week before Thanksgiving. had it installed the night before. I definitely put it to the test... Was able to cook 5 sides at once and all came out perfect! Very even heat!

GE Profle 27" oven just installed two days ago. I started baking immediately. The features are great (much nicer than the old oven that came with this house). Quick and easy use. I used the convection bake this morning: best cinnamon rolls ever, with flaky crisp outside soft inside!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cooking perfection

Again this oven replaced the original one when we built 30 years ago that was cooking hotter than the desired temp... Cooking and baking with this oven is so nice... cooks evenly... love the 3 racks and nice features.... some mention the fan noise... I can barely hear it when the oven is in cool down mode...Nothing to worry about.. Have not played with the convection as it is something new to me...

I like my new oven but i miss the thermometer like I had in my old GE oven. Still trying to get used to the convection oven feature. Not sure I really believe it coold that much faster. The salesman told me I wouldn't believe how much faster the new oven would preheat. Can't see that its any faster than my old oven.

Takes forever to heat up. When it beeps to tell you that it is preheated, IT IS NOT.
I have an oven thermometer in there and when it tells me that it is preheated it is about 150 degrees BELOW the selected temperature. Does not regulate the heat well. Temp keeps going up. Touch panel is awful. You need to press some numbers really hard while others just need you to pass your finger near it. Would NOT buy again.
