Great product! Low maintenance! This is my 3rd Brother's product and I have enjoyed the quality, and the low maintenance. My only request would be to allow a trade-in value if you upgrade or downgrade to another Brother's product.

I have purchased over the last ten years several Brother fax machines, printers and multi-function machines (both inkjet and laser) for both personal and small business usage. Bottom line: Never had a problem with any of the machines. Even the inexpensive models were reliable. The settings are relatively easy and intuitive and the software (were applicable) is easy to use. You get quality for the price. I always recommend Brother and do not even think about purchasing a different brand. And Brother regulary offers special pricing on all levels of their product line!

This is a perfect machine if you need wired networking capability. Sends and receives crisp faxes. Prints are started quickly even when starting from sleep mode over network.

The best thing about my brother is the ink cartridge. I never use a color ink. My black ink cartridge lasts me for almost 8 months and counting. I truly do love my printer.
