Excellent scanner, easy to set up, works great. I purchased it to replace a Canon multifunction that stopped working.

I HAVE FOUND THE USE OF THIS DEVICE A GREAT HELP IN KEEPING COPIES OF THOSE MONTHLY STATEMENTS, YES YOU CAN GO ONLINE TO SEE THEM BUT SO MANY SITES TO USE, ITS OVERWHELMING. THIS DEVICE ALLOWS ME THE SECURITY OF KNOWING I HAVE THEM BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ORGANIZE THEM, THAT IS ONE THING THE COMPANY LACKS IS REACHING OUT WITH QUESTIONS, LIKE IS IT WORKING FOR YOU, I HAVE REGISTERED MY PRODUCT BUT THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACTED ME. ALSO I CAN NOW SHRED ALL THOSE STATEMENTS AND OTHER THINGS I SCAN

Fast and easy to use

Very small footprint, compact design, very fast dual scan technology together with energy efficient power management. Scan quality is really great, bundled software lacks of OCR but supports is if OCR is purchased from a third-party. Good touch screen that really works with more than just a few options.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My feelings are okay and it suits my needs. I do have an issue. I cannot figure out how to same to not print blank pages. It is easy to use other than this remark and its quality is as expected.

I found the product an excellent buy and it is a great scanner. I am using it primarily to scan photos and documents for storage. The scanner is
fast and provides a great image. I was also impressed with its size, it is very compact. The software and scanner were installed and working with.in 15 minutes

ADS-1500W Problem

My boss purchased this so that I could attach scans invoice in QB.
Everytime I scan a paper jam error pops up though there is no paper in the machine. I open/shut cover and error never clears. I have to unplug to clear.
Then a message appears on computer saying the scan failed even though the doc always shows up in my attachment folder.
I have sent an email to CS with no reply. I will have to call them.
I hope it can be corrected. It seems to be a good scanner other than that.

Very functional

The scanner works very well except when I scan a multi-page document. There have been some issues with that.
Other than that, it works fine.
Other than that, it works fine.

Not what I hoped for

Bought this unit to be able to scan receipts directly into quickbooks or other program. Could not get a driver to work with the current windows program. Nothing but a paper weight now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
