It works very well and the battery charge last a good amount of time, but the price tag of $50.00 for the battery replacement that I can only find through Brother was a big disappointment. The other thing I didn't like about the scanner is that sometimes the credit cards and CA DL don't always load well and the scanned image is only partial and tiny. One is unaware this has happened until the image is downloaded to a computer and by then it is too late to be re-scanned and corrected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Returned real fast

It would not do ANYTHING the salesman said it would do. When it did scan, it was too small to read and when the copy was enlarged it was unreadable. Huge waste of money. Returned it to Best Buy

To say the truth I have been having this product for like two months now and i have not used it yet i just been working out of town since i got it but all in all it seams to be a very good ( great ) scanner is the reason i bought it

Wish I could return it

I purchased in July 2017, didn't use untill August 2017. The bluetooth option doesn't work. I called help desk and the model is from 2015. They needed my receipt to do any corrections, sadly I am in the middle of moving and misplaced it. Another issue is it gives a yellow background on scans and darkens documents. I have useless documents now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The scanner works very well on photos as well as documents. The double-sided, multi-page function works very well also.

Fantastic Simplicity

I love this product primarily due to the simple operation of it and the effectiveness. I needed a simple straight forward... no warm up to work copier. This one does the job quite well. I use the storage of the unit as a drive on my computer after I connect it up and transfer the files very easily.

Uncertain whether PaperPort lost text files due to refurbished unit. E.g. "program stopped working correctly", or file disappears while scanning without an error message in PC mode. Scan only small files to minimize re-work. Feed mechanism works well. Product still being tested.
