Super Product but the owners need a training class

This thing has all the bells and whistles that you could want in a refrigerator but each one of those features requires a little getting used to.
So far we only have a few complains, all of them minor.
1. crushed ice dispenser always seems to spray a few pieces onto the floor no matter how you hold the glass.
2. water dispenser takes a long time to fill a tall glass of water
3. left hand side of the vegetable drawer likes to freeze the vegetables while the right side does fine

After approx. 2 months, so far so good! We were drawn to this style because of bottom freezer...being able to see everything without having to move stuff around! Course the features of water & ice maker was a plus too! Great product....
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use

Quality with great features

Great space for it's size. Inside shelves and shelves on doors well laid out and adjustable. Water and ice dispenser large with slide out shelf to hold larger vessels. Bottom freezer easy to access, with pull out drawer for smaller items. Keeps foods as they should be, with adjustments on drawers. Like the touchpad controls on the door. Water filter easily accessible. Only con -not real serious - light over ice and water dispenser could be brighter.

Nice fridge for a medium size family

I bought this fridge almost twp months ago.The guys delivered and helped in installing the fridge and did a great job.
This fridge is really great on features.The Ice maker is really handy.Has lots of room and the trays can be adjusted to make space for small or bigger containers.The Freezer is spacious.
It is not noisy like our old one.The settings are easily done.My food and other produces,including meat are fresh.
I would happily recommend this to anyone who is upgrading from a smaller size and reasonable price.

For the price-not happy! I knew ice capacity was small; but no one told me about food freezing in the refrigerator on the side where the icemaker is. I can't put vegetables in the bins because of this.
Also the drawer mechanisms on the bottom freezer are cheap; they broke within a couple of months.

Great refrigerator

We needed a 33" refrigerator for our kitchen. This model had all the features we were looking for. It is beautiful. The bottom freezer is great with plenty of room. The crispers keep the vegetables fresh longer than our old refrigerator. I like the deli drawer and the adjustable shelves which makes it easy to organize the food storage. We are spoiled having the automatic ice and water in the door. We have had the refrigerator for 6 weeks and I would recommend it to a friend. I love the stainless steel finish which is easy to keep clean. This refrigerator makes our kitchen look brand new

Great refrigerator with one exception.

The refrigerator is great. Favorite is water and ice dispenser. However, there is condensation where the two doors close. I had to get smaller appliance because of the space I have available because cabinets were installed improperly, but the larger frig would be great. Only negative is condensation where the two doors close.

This product has just what I wanted in a fridge

This product is just what I was looking for. Three doors, ice maker in the door with a water dispenser. The fact that you can put a pitcher under and dispense the ice and then the water is great. The inside has plenty of room and you can change the shelves according to your needs. I love the two shelves that slide back for taller items.
The freezer has plenty of room and is easy to find and get things out.
