Love this refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks now and love it! We had a side by side for the previous sixteen years and always had problems getting food in and out -especially the freezer side. We were glad to replace it with the French door model. So easy to access the top section-and so much room! Love the freezer section too, with that third tray in the middle. And we are VERY happy with the size of the ice cubes (and the craft ice!). Highly recommend this LG refrigerator!!!!

Looks great and fits

When we first got this refrigerator it was great, we loved it and it fit in the 35in space. In the first 3 years the water leaked from the icemaker and ruined are floor b/c we were unaware of the leak for a bit. LG came out and fixed the fridge relatively quickly after we reported the problem. But it still damaged our floor. Now 9 ½ year later the compressor broke. LG was great and said it was still under warranty. However here I’m, it’s now been over 2 weeks and I’m still without a fridge. Its now 3 party contractors and this process has been a nightmare. LG entered the ticket wrong without the warranty info and the repair man from A&E comes out and confirms it’s the compressor then tell me I have to pay 1100.00. When I told him it was a warranty part he said I needed to call LG and start the process over. They could not even order the part so it would be ready when the next guys came out. OVER 2 weeks for a part is ridiculous. Due to the lack of repair personal LG currently has I would think twice before buying LG again…
