[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a house recently, had this fridge with it and was well outside its warranty. The ice maker broke and I went through LG's customer service to have it repaired. I fully expected to pay for it, since the warranty had expired. LG had the part replaced co pletely for free. They've got themselves a customer for life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HAD THIS REFRIGERATOR FOR 8 YEARS AND ON THE WEEKEND OF 6/4 WE BEGAN TO FEEL THE FOOD WAS GETTING SOFT. ON THURSDAY 6/9 THE REPAIRMAN SAID WE NEEDED A NEW COMPRESSOR.
WE HAD TO END UP BUYING A SMALL REFRIGERATOR BECUASE IT WAS
GOING TO BE WEEKS BEFORE WE WOULD GET THE NEW COMPRESSOR.
UP UNTIL THIS EVENT IT WAS A GOOD FRIDGE.

Large Capacity in Fridg and Freezer

I had to find a special size fridge for my older home. This LG fridge fits into the narrow space without giving up capacity and amenities. Definitely a good buy for me.

Repair of my LG refrigerator

The repairman was very polite very knowledgeable and repaired the refrigerator in his first visit. He had ordered all the necessary parts ahead of time so the service was completed that day. Thank you so much for the wonderful service
