[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a great microwave! Very easy to clean on the inside and well ventilated. The only downside is the numbers are a little hard to read if you don't have a bright light close by. I give it two thumbs up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some settings require 5 or 6 buttons. As we read in reviews prior to our purchase, and as we have noticed on this unit, the door closes in a flimsy manner and we have to be careful to push it shut, not slam it; we expect door clips to go, that's why we bought a two-year warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New SS Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the design-larger inside capacity with rounded corners. The outside has a nice sleek simple design. But, the Control pad has a HORRIBLE design flaw....it does not light up, you cannot see any button to push without shining a flashlight on it. It has grayed out very small lettering against a black background. I ONLY decided to keep because other new SS appliances are LG too and I want to match appliance brands. Plus, I am limited on the space it sits on counter and this units measurements fit perfect.
I will have to rig up some form of under or side cabinet sensor lighting to shine down onto control keypad just to see what to push. I don't want to have to get out the flashlight overtime I want to use it.
I read reviews AFTER purchase to find this is a COMMON COMPLAINT with everyone who bought this unit but LG has not made any revisions to correct the problem.
I will have to rig up some form of under or side cabinet sensor lighting to shine down onto control keypad just to see what to push. I don't want to have to get out the flashlight overtime I want to use it.

This would be a 5* except for one fatal flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace another brand that died after the first use. Saleman recommended this, so we got it. Love it, looks good, but we are in our 70's and the dark keypad makes it difficult to use. Tis was not a feature that we even asked about =[... Perhaps an easy fix would be a vinyl stick on glow in the dark template..I copied thepicture from the manual and put it by the door..that helps some. Otherwise we love it

Great feature with rounded inside!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it about 2 weeks ago and we love using it! Very easy too clean the inside with the rounded back. There are no corners in it, so makes cleaning very easy. I like it that the end timer dings a minute later, if you have not removed the item from the microwave. So far everything works great, but we wish that the control panel showed up better. With that said, I still give it a 5 star rating. We showed it to a friend and she bought the same model as we did.
