Excellent Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is powerful and works well. We sacrificed some counter space to get a large microwave and we find that this appliance works well and efficiently, is easy to clean and has a good warranty.
Pros: Performance, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave does not heat efficiently.when I heat dishes up I end up with hot and cold spots. My much older microwave worked much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Designers should have backlighted the touch pad. It is very hard to read even in the light.

It's Gets The Job Done It's Nice

I mean honestly I think it's overrated with maybe too many options that can be confusing at times. We find ourselves having to use the manual a lot actually for the first time ever on a microwave purchase. In part I guess it's getting use to all the different options in which this model has which is great but then again we find ourselves not using half of them.
It's a very nice microwave don't get me wrong especially if you're into cooking a lot and not just warming things up which is what we usually use it for the most. All in all we bought it for the LG name so we know we have a quality product that we are still learning all the bells and whistles of by heart. But we are happy with our purchase we just think the price point could have been a little less. Wish LG offered rebates on microwave purchases or at least when we bought ours. It works great though no complaints my favorite feature so far is how you can reduce the heat percentage when warming up your food.

I decided on this model because of all of it's features and it has been terrific! It cooks foods quickly & thoroughly, is simple to operate, looks gorgeous and was a real value. I'd recommend this microwave to anyone! 5 Stars!
