We purchased this microwave as a replacement for a 10 + year old LG product which had performed very well. We needed a model that would fit into a pre-existing space which limited our options. However, we were very pleased with this model - it had all the features of our old model in addition to some more modern features, it looked really nice in our kitchen and it was reasonably priced. The only room we see for improvement so far is the keypad is dark and it's hard to read the numbers. It would be great if if was backlit or minimally had lighter numbers to contrast better with the background.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Works great, missing one important feature

We love the microwave. It was purchased for our office kitchen. Looks good, works well. Except, it is missing the one button start. When you want one minute, you need to push one, then start. Every other microwave we've owned is different. When you push 1, it starts cooking for 1 minute. 1-6.
Other than that, we love it.

We replaced a microwave we had for years. We loved that microwave, but it was really beginning to go. We like this one because it's the same power level, has a nice roomy interior that won't rust out, is very easy to clean, and unlike many others today, it does have an interior light!! Like almost everyone else we have a real problem seeing the keypad. It could be larger, contrasted better or backlit. I would appreciate having it above all the entries that are now on top of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking microwave and does not take up too much room on the counter. That said, it does handle even big platters or dishes and heats everything well. Only change I would make is to have an illuminated keypad.

Fantastic microwave!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago because my old LG microwave stopped working after 13 years and I wanted to stay with the round interior and the LG name. So far this new one is beyond my expectations. Only complaint I have is that should have better contrasting colors for control area, dark on dark makes it hard to read.
