This is a great microwave and a good price. I went in to buy a smaller microwave but when I saw this one there was just no comparison. It not only looks nice but also cooks quickly and easily. I haven't explored all the buttons but everything I have tried worked beautifully. IE tv dinners, defrost, reheat, melting butter. No regrets here.

We just replaced out old 1993 microwave oven with this one. I can't believe the power of this microwave. You can always be assured that food is cooked completely with this product. I especially like the pre-programmed settings. But, do be careful with the small bag sized popcorn. It doesn't take long to pop the entire bag. Not nearly enough time to get your drink poured. Over all, this microwave will hopefully last and service us as long as our last microwave - over 17 years.

I haven't had this very long but the times have used it, it's been great. I like the easy clean design and the overall looks. It has plenty of power and isn't overly difficult to use. I would recommend this product.

This is the fastest heating microwave I've own

The first couple times I used this microwave I was amazed at how fast it heats up your food. The start button also serves as a timer as for each time you push it it increases the time by 30 seconds. I use this feature all the time. The only complaint I have is that sometimes you push the button to open the door it hangs up and you half to push the door shut and push the open button again for the door to open completely.Otherwise I am pleased with this product.

I like my LG microwave. Unlike rectangular units, it is rounded inside so the turntable fills the interior allowing larger items to spin freely. This feature also makes it easier to clean. I read reviews where the door sticks sometimes, but mine doesn't have that problem. I especially like the Start button that increments 30 seconds each time you push it - 4 quick pushes does tea perfectly. Potato button works great, too and sounds an alarm halfway through to turn the item. I never use the fancy cooking times so I can't comment on that. I like the size - it's much bigger on the inside than comparable sized units. The silver and black look good in my kitchen. Interior light only comes on when the unit is operating and not when the door is open, but that is a minor flaw to me. The timer display is not readable unless you bend down or stand several feet away from the unit - another minor flaw.
I got mine in Nov 2011 and am surprised by the number of bad reviews. Maybe I got lucky - so far so good.

I like the looks of this microwave and that the defrost is fairly easy to use compared to many other models I looked at. I also like the rounded interior and dark color of the interior. One negative to me is that the only defrost settings are for meat or one pound settings.
It makes it hard to defrost bread products or small amounts.
