Only one complaint. It is very hard to see the buttons on a black finish! Need a flashlight to see them. Maybe a back light would be helpful?

I love everything about this countertop microwave. The rounded back inside makes it easy to clean and my biggest casseroles rotate easily. The programmable features are great! It has features for melting (chocolate works great - not scorched and perfectly melted - and I didn't have to babysit it) defrosting and anything else you would want.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

We love this microwave. We had purchased another brand 8 months before we purchased this product that is how long it worked,but this unit is great we use it for everything, it cuts cooking and defrosting in half. The Lg products are great that is the brand we buy when we need appliances.

Does not sit level on counter.One rubber foot shorter than other three,so it also rocks. Had to shim.
