Very quick heating and even cooking- sensor cooking works great- gets the job done!

Generally, I really like this product and find that it is efficient and convenient. However, I do not like that it keeps beeping after it has finished the assigned function. Sometimes, the food should just remain in the oven for two or three minutes after the heating process has stopped. I don't need the oven to tell me its done.

Surprisingly, the defrost and reheat functions work better than any other Microwave oven that I owned before. The food stays more moist and fresh.

This a very good microwave. The soften feature works like a charm. The auto defrost works perfectly. The only thing I could say bad is I have no idea what the True cook function is all about as I have yet to find a code for it on any product I buy. Take out that useless feature and you have the best microwave I have ever owned. Thank you!!

Needs light on settings panel. Reheat button needs more options. Plate option reheats too long for some foods. Defrost needs more options.

microwave runs hotter than I'm use to

Still learning how to control time, popcorn button burns pre-packaged popcorn. To do baked potatoes it takes longer than the programmed button. Programmed buttons don't seem to be accurate, but still experimenting with product!? There are days I would love to go back to my over 25 year old microwave!
