A good little microwave

I purchased this model specifically for the "rice" setting. Sometimes, rice is not quite cooked, so I hit "rice" a second time. A little too loud when heating compared to my old microwave oven. Dislike the constant reminder "beeping" when microwaving is done. Otherwise, heats quick and hot.
Pros: easy to use

A well priced full power microwave

This oven has many handy features that are not available on similarly priced units, such as one touch automatic cooking. This is a feature that I had on my previous microwave which had become a "must-have" feature on its replacement. I also like that there is a setting to silence the beeps, something that comes in handy when others in the house are sleeping. If there is one thing that I would like to see on future models it is a back-light for the control panel. In conclusion, this oven is a good value for the price.

Microwave Model LCRT1510SV

I recently bought a tabletop microwave model LCRT1510SV and the only complaints is that is takes a pretty good thump to get the touch keypad to acknowledge your input number and the other complaint is that it takes a pretty hard push to get the door to close. I it is rather loud when the door does shut. The "done" beeper could be used as an alarm clock. Otherwise it cooks quickly and does a good job!

The Best Microwave I have ever Owned

It is amazing how quiet and efficient LG products are. I am very impressed with this microwave oven. I especially like the inside surface. It has a teflon like finish that is non-stick and wipes out easily. It also has no corners! It is rounded and curved making it even easier to clean. It has excellent features for warming up things and cooking. The price was very reasonable. You can pay a lot more and get a lot less with other brands.

This microwave has been repaired once already. It is broken again within 2 yrs of purchase.

Excellent except for...

I bought this microwave in October of 2012. Until this June, it has worked perfectly. Unfortunately, it stopped working and I brought it in because I had purchased the extended warranty. They didn't say what was wrong. But, I think it was the magnetron. I have been so content with LG that I chose one as a replacement. And that one is even better.
