HORRIBLE! Stopped working after less than 2 years

I will NEVER buy another LG product! This microwave stopped working after less than 2 years of normal use. The repair company designated by LG told me it "wasn't worth fixing," and that I should just buy a new microwave. The average lifespan of a microwave is FIVE YEARS - this one LASTED ONLY TWO.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

had it two years with no problem. cheap and stylish. what I look for. as long as its Lg brand. as loads of different cooking styles. normally I just wing it on time. would buy another.

I have been please with this microwave, work very well, I like it's look's I haven't had it for 2 1/2 years, So there wear in tear, especially on the pushbutton to release the door, you have to push it kind of hard or twice. But then that is a great microwaveI recommend it to anyone

Had to have this Microwave fixed 3 times in 18 months. Something about the door sensors. There are 3 of them and we had to have all 3 fixed at different times. I liked the microwave and it cooked well but we spent as much to fix it as we paid for it. It was like buying 2 microwaves in an 18 month period.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LG improved human interface, lighting, alert timing and sounds(play a tune; not beep-beep:)
Only issue is serial number is on the back. I installed in tight opening, then called to register - oops.
