Did not think I would like a microwave with a Stainless Steel front, but this model looks great in my kitchen. I love the rounded interior which accomodates a variety of sized dishes. My favorite feature so far is the Auto Cook - Beverage. My beverage is just right for drinking....not too hot.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Quit working!

Worked good until it quit.I purchased 2 of your LG microwaves this year and both have failed! What would you think? Now I have to drive 35 miles to the repair center to drop off the 2.0 cu ft unit and then make another trip to pick it up, if repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this microwave because of the easy clean inside and the LG reputation. BIG mistake. Just a little over a year and the electronic key pad is no long functioning properly! Totally unacceptable quality. When it worked...it had a lot of power, but totally unacceptable that a keypad should go bad in this short of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1 year, 1 month into using the microwave, now it doesn't work. After 15 minutes of trying to cook a 7 1/2 minute microwavable dinner, I gave up, and switched to my oven, because it was still frozen.
I like how the site basically forces you to enter into a sweepstakes, or they wont pot your review. That just shot this brand for me!

This is the 1st LG product I've purchased. I have to say that the quality and workmanship of the LG-LCRT2010 microwave oven I purchased is outstanding.
My occupation is selling fine European Automobiles and the quality of this product reminds me of those cars. You close the door and there's a nice solid feel to it and the Stainless finish, buttons, and display are very high quality.
I am in the market for a new High Definition Television and based on what I've seen with this product, I will DEFINATELY be putting LG on my shopping list.

Great Microwave

We have an LG washer and dryer front load, love them. Our microwave went out 2nd one in 5 years. We love this new LG it has a rounded back so it is very easy to clean without the square corners. You can "soften" a stick of butter and it actually softens it without melting it all over the place, making it spreadable on a piece of bread! It defrosts perfectly without cooking the edges of the meat.

Repair after Repair

Worked great first year. After the one year warranty expired the microwave stopped heating. We had it repaired. After 2.5 years it stopped heating again. We're done with LG microwaves.
