The unit was delivered less than a month ago. It has been working just fine. Once you understand that you tell the oven what you want to do, then enter the time you want, it is easy to operate. The rounded "corners" at the back of the oven make it very easy to clean. We primarily use the oven to reheat food, so it is not heavily used. So far, it has worked without a problem.

The clock doesn’t stay on and you can’t override!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and am going to see if I can return. The clock on the microwave turns off after five minutes and you can’t override it. It’s the only visible clock in my kitchen. As a busy mom, I use that clock to see what time we need to leave for school and activities and basically keep our schedule for the entire day. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had my hands in soapy dishwater and look to my microwave to see what time it is. No clock is a dealbreaker for me.

Nothing out of the ordinary. One huge con is that the time is only displayed after you touch the screen. This is supposed to “save energy” but it really is a pain to have to touch the screen to see the time. Wouldn’t purchase again.
