[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved to new construction and was able to choose my microwave oven. LG had the various cooking choices that I use frequently. I especially enjoy how quickly and precisely it cooks fresh vegetables. It is brightly lit and easy to clean.

New may be a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had purchased and used this microwave for many years. The touch screen went bad so we bought the same model again as we had enjoyed it. The new model did not last 3 months before it quit heating. LG is now in the process of doing a replace or refund. We very much enjoyed the model but not sure if newer produced models are made to the same standards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks good. The promises are encouraging. But the door will not open sometimes until it cools. The light does not stay on (typical LG). After just two weeks I’m ready to return it.
