We bought this for our new kitchen makeover. For the first month it was nice and quiet. The features are all excellent, easy to understand and intuit. Then it got noisy. Much noisier than any other microwave we have ever owned. Even the cheapest models. I will be contacting warranty service and expect that they will replace this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had purchased and used this microwave for many years. The touch screen went bad so we bought the same model again as we had enjoyed it. The new model did not last 3 months before it quit heating. LG is now in the process of doing a replace or refund. We very much enjoyed the model but not sure if newer produced models are made to the same standards.
