Great Multifunction Microwave!

The Sensor-Cook, Sensor-Reheat, Defrost and Popcorn buttons are extremely convenient and work well! Also, I love the grey interior and the smudge proof stainless steel feature!

Interior turn table broke quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about 13 months of use (just after the warranty), the cheap plastic turntable apparatus got stripped and LG apparently does not sell a replacement. This is the last LG microwave that I will buy!

Dependable Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Microwave a week or so ago and find it as good as the LG I had previously and even better. The button to open the door is cool and takes just a slight push from your thumb to open the door. Of course the sounds built into the oven are much different than the ones on the previous LG but delightful to hear. I have in the past called LG and your personnel are always polite and helpful. Thanks for a really easy to use LG product; again I have not been disappointed.

Needed Repaired after one year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It stopped working just after one year warranty expired. It powers on, lights work, everything functions but it won’t heat food. Went through all steps on website to identify might be wrong. Had a friend who’s an electrician look at it and thought it would be diode, but replaced it and still won’t heat. Help?
