[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Died after 4 years. It was a decent microwave, but not worth the extra cost for the name and certainly not as useful as they would make the features sound. Very inconsistent performance the whole time, very dissatisfied with the quality from LG.

Not happy

Is bought all LG products for our new home and the microwave digital is the lighting has gone out. Went out shortly after warranty was over and the refrigerator Cooling system went out but it was covered under warranty and they fixed it.

Frightening & dangerous end to this product!

After 5 years of moderate use (2 seniors), this microwave had been reasonably dependable.
At the end of cooking time for 2 sweet potatoes (10 minutes), the buzzer sounded and the microwave stopped. The light was OFF.
I stepped over, as I had done a thousand times previously, and opened the door.
THE MICROWAVE STARTED AGAIN WITH THE LIGHT ON! Again, the door was fully open.
We closed the door. It stopped and the light went OFF. Trying again, we opened the door, only to see the light on and the microwave running!!! Closing the door quickly, it stopped.
My son, an engineer with a master's degree, said unplug it (we already did) and just dispose of it.
Terrible experience with what we considered to be an "upscale" model which had been endorsed by Consumer Reports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is made with high quality, as can be seen from the packaging. The unit fit right into the opening and looks amazing. The unit has a sturdy touch panel that seems to work well. Our previous LG lasted 9 years, so when it stopped working it was only logical to replace it with another high quality unit.

I like my new LG Neo Chef microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's more advanced than the 2.0 I had before. I do like the chime. It's so much nicer than the buzz sound. The microwave is very quiet. The complaints I have is that it is very dark inside while food is heating. It needs a
brighter light inside. But it is a very classic microwave. I got the black stainless to match my LG frig. They llj good together. Of all the other brands, LG stands out as the fore runner.

Second unit in 6 years
