[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It appears to be an excellent microwave. However, here are some faults. The interior light is too dim. Therefore you cannot see clearly for over spills. The touch pad has no LED lights. You cannot see the pad in a dimly or dark kitchen.

The inside is flaking off

We have had this microwave for a few years and it’s worked really well and still works really well but there is one problem. It looks like it’s starting to eat itself? We have never used any type of chemicals to clean the inside but that’s what the roof looks like. The rest of the microwave on the inside is fine but the top completely started flaking off. Has this fallen in our food?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven in 2016. Of course I had to get use to it but once I did it was wonderful to use. This item has served me well which is why I hate to replace it. I am totally satisfied with how easy to learn the features. The unit looks well in my kitchen. It lives on my refrigerator, it has truly spoiled me. I hate to see it go. I like the display which has blown out and very expensive to replace. The unit is easy to operate and clean. I thought it was too big, but turn out is is just the right size.

Microwave randomly starts up on its own when no one is around. Extreme fire/safety hazard. Also, randomly turns off when you're trying to use it.
