Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The start/stop button failed shortly after the 1 year warranty expired. Please, I had another manufacturer's product that lasted over 5 years. I have owned multiple microwaves in my lifetime - I've never had one fail to work properly as this one did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The clock turns off after about 1 minute of use

Clock turns off and you can't modify that setting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG counter top microwave just over 2 years ago after my previous microwave (another brand) broke after 25 years. I never felt like the % power control actually worked properly but how can you prove that. The microwave was used just to warm things for a few minutes and not for cooking purposes. Well, just after two years, the microwave no longer heats at all. It still looks and sounds like a brand new one. Basically a lemon.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the size of the microwave. There is plenty of room inside for large dishes. My only problem is that there is something wrong with some of the characters on the message display. It is still readable, just has messages like "POWERROO", "COOL;EEND" , "TOUCHH 1 POULTRY". It is more amusing than anything.
