Returned microwave for a replacement. After 14 days the carousel would not turn with anything larger than a small bowl or plate, and the sides and top of microwave would get extremely hot.
Will see how well the replacement goes? So far so good.

This is the ultimate in microwave cooking! I have bragged about having this microwave like none other.
It has every setting that anyone needs for cooking, reheating, and defrosting. Easy to clean and hopefully will be useful for a long time.

A product that won't disappoint...

Microwave is very spacious inside making rewarming whole pizza pies or large casserole dishes hassle free because you just stick in the whole pie or dishes for re-heating. Dish size is not an issue with this product.
Once done, the microwave has option to alert you that food is ready. When too busy and likely to forget that there's something in the microwave - this is a great feature I really appreciate.

I've owned this microwave for a couple of months now & I honestly can say I wouldn't own another brand of microwave ever. This microwave has probably the best features I've seen before from melting butter to popping popcorn.

We looked at a lot of microwaves before buying the LG. For the price point we felt the LG had the best features, performance, appearance, and value. I would highly recommend the LG for your next microwave purchase.

The Best Microwave We Have Ever Owned!!!

This microwave is the best!! I love the curved back inside- it makes it very easy to clean. This is the first microwave that makes the sensor cooking easy, and it has always worked perfect for me. With a family of 5, the 2.0 cu. ft. is perfect. The soften and melt features work great too. The only thing that I would change about this microwave is the placement of the start button. It is on the bottom left, and it just seems more intuitive for me to have it on the bottom right. I always seem to "cancel" instead of "start".

I purchased this microwave for an office of about 15 people. We've never had any issues or complaints from anyone! It is very easy to use, and the boss likes the defrost feature!
