Very easy to use

I found the features to be sufficient for all my needs. I'm not an advocate of frills. This microwave has all the frills that are needed and isn't overloaded with the nice- to-have-but-won't-really-use features.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Love, love, LOVE this microwave!!! Love everything about it! Well made; super features; easy to clean. Have owned a number of microwaves in the past, but LG's PRODUCT #: LCRT2010ST is honestly the best! I cannot live without it.

Disappointed in first LG.

I have to say I was disappointed in my LG microwave. It has two major flaws that I have discovered so far: One; the control panel is not backlit and is very difficult to read, and Two; the SENSOR TOUCH feature was a complete failure when I tried to use on a potato. I had to cook another one on Time Cook. After this, I will never try to do anything on the True Cooking Plus feature.
I should have returned to store immediately upon these items but did not, so I guess I am stuck with unit until it goes out completely.

Great microwave - great price

The unit is easy to use (don't need the manual for most things) and cooks evenly and consistently. The door opens with just a light touch on the button. the door closes with very little pressure, as well. We have had the unit for over a month and expect this to be a very good one for us. Very glad to have this unit.

Life is Great Again!

My old microwave(1995) finally stopped working. Based upon my experience with other LG products I immediately researched their microwave ovens. I selected this product and have not been disappointed. It works fantastically and looks great in the kitchen. It is very easy to use. I am very glad that I selected this product and readily recommend LG products to others.

This is my 5th microwave i have owned and it is the first Lg I have ever had I love it. Its fast ,quiet easy to clean. It has great options and is very affordable. I would buy another Lg microwave in a heart beat <3 One very happy customer
