I love this microwave it's so simple and easy to use and if I forget to take something out when it's done it will beep several times to remind to take whatever out. It is also very easy to clean.

I have been completed satisfied with this microwave. I have been married 46 years and this is probably the 3 or 4th one I have purchased. It is my 1st LG.The ease of learning to use features. My grandchildren use it with ease. We especially like the feature of being able to soften up that hard ice cream for serving without it melting all over. I HIGHLY recommend this unit for every one.!!

Great product - much better control of heating than my old microwave that croaked after two years (not an LG product). Very versatile microwave that has some high end features like soften cream cheese or butter rathe then melt it.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Nice Big Powerful Microwave!!

This is my second LG microwave. The first was a gift from our daughter and lasted for many years. We liked it so much that we upgraded to the bigger model. Even though it was kind of expensive compared to other microwaves, so far its been worth it. It only takes a minute to boil water and a few seconds to heat most foods. The inside is round which makes it so much easier to clean as there are less corners for food to get stuck. I am a very picky and frugal consumer, yet I still highly recommend the LG brand of microwave to everyone I know.

It cooks fine, but the door needs some rubber gaskets because a small push to close it and it slams shut. It would be better if it had a smaller footprint.

Love my LG Microwave

I have an LG Countertop 2.0 cu. ft. Microwave. It's the best product I have ever purchased for my kitchen. It is not only very attractive but does a great job for any food product I need to cook. I can heat water for coffee or cook a large turkey when I cook for the family.. The automatic cooking feature helps me a lot but it is still very easy to cook on a manual basis. I cook frozen tv dinners very often and they are done just right every time. If that isn't good enough the easy to clean unit tops it all off.
I highly recommend this product for everyone!

This microwave works perfectly for us. It is the right size and seems to be very well put together. It cooks well and the True Cook Plus feature is great. My wife and I work different schedules so during the week we are mostly having frozen dinners. They are cooked properly unlike our old microwave which tended to dessicate everything no matter how it was set. This is the second LG appliance we have purchased (we bought an LG refer earlier in the year) and could not be more pleased.
