Great features but doesn’t last long

Microwave was purchased as a gift after 6 months it does not work, spoke with their customer service and was told they couldn’t do anything about it.. They’ve lost a customer!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ginormous paperweight! Zero Stars!!!

This microwave stopped working just in time for my two year extended warranty to expire. The microwave was a waste of money and the extended warranty was a waste of money too. It lights up as if it's working, but it doesn't heat up. I PAID for the extended warranty that I can't even use because it's too late. That means I paid EXTRA for a ginormous paperweight! I will never buy another LG product again!

Bought approximately 3years ago and quit heating. Very poor quality for price you pay. I ve had microwaves fraction of the price last twice as long.

Easy to use

Have purchased 2010ST, and it is easy to set up. The instructions are easy to follow. The microwaves programing is intuitive and straight forward. Well constructed with solid door hinges (others I looked at were wobbly. It performs as advertised and expected.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Quality

I have a few other LG products and I couldn't be happier with them. The LCRT2010ST microwave is no exception. It's cooking and defrost features are pretty easy to understand and have a quick reference chart that's pretty easily understood. It's powerful, roomy, and has good power. Like my other LG products, it's worth the money I paid for it.

Great countertop microwave

We had to replace a built-in microwave because it was going to be too expensive to repair and we were not ready to purchase a new built-in. After researching the microwaves we selected this one because of the price and quality. The microwave has exceeded our expectations. Everything we do from cooking to warming up items happens in 1/3 to 1/2 the time of our old microwave. The LG was easy to learn and use. We are very satisfied.

This was the first microwave that I have bought in years. I absolutely love it! It is simple to use and has a ton of great and useful functions. I love the curved design for cleaning.
