This microwave is a great size it can handle both large and small items, and the turntable means you do not have to stop and turn your food during cooking
Pros: easy to use, Performance, Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love LG products and the support i get. I did have an issue with the first one I got. I had to take it back and exchange it. The new one seems to working fine. It has plenty of features and seems to get the job done.

Met my needs

I have only had this unit for a short time but it has met all expectations. I wanted something to replace an old Radar Range. Wanted large size and definitely a much higher power rating. Not only did this unit meet those needs but I benefited with a much easier interior to clean and found it on a Black Friday sale for about $50 less than it normally sold for.

Worth every cent I paid! If there is any issue: It is with the number of options and features available with this incredible device! LG just keeps coming up with fantastic appliances!

We bought this about 2 months ago and it was love at first nuke.. The button and features are intuitive and make the use of this unit a joy.. Also the legend printed inside the door is an example of simple things done well.

My older LG 2 CU ft micro finally died, and we replaced it with the newest 2 CU ft one.
I do NOT like the touch pad. I have to have a light shining right on it to see anything. WHY did they use such a dull printing????? The new features are OK, but I miss the "HOT WATER" key. I used that a lot. Why replace it with a "rice" button? I will eventually get used to the dark interior, but I sure don't like it. Since I now own this machine, I will have to get used to it, but I don't like it as much as the older model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have only had this microwave for a couple of days, but i am in love with it!! it is so good looking and heats and cooks food so fast and evenly. thanks you for a great product!! my son has all of his kitchen appliances by LG. this is one reason i got this brand because of the dependability and reliability and great price!!
