The Door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only issue is that we have to slam the door. If it isn't shut just right (with purpose) it does not shut properly. When trying to use the microwave the buttons don't respond, because the door isn't shut tightly. When done and the door is ajar the interior light will remain on until the door is shut properly. This has been an issue right out of the box.
Otherwise - I am totally happy thus far.

Found black stainless trim kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is great! Installed in new kitchen as a built-in. I finally found black stainless trim kit (MK2030DA) to complete a finished look. Easy clean and much less cooking time than I imagined.

Very good microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do almost all of my cooking in the microwave, and this unit handles everything I throw at it. I have lots of control, and can use the quick-and-easy functions or program my own cooking as I desire. My only wish is that the "add 30 seconds" button would add 30 seconds to any cooking cycle, not just a cooking cycle started by that button.

Less than expected.

It's true that there are a lot of options, but you'll need a flashlight or magnifier to be able to see the menu inside the door and the operating buttons on the outside. I guess that after we use it more, we will have all of that memorized. The last 2 big appliances we have purchased in the last two years were LGs. We were expecting a much better experience.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
