Beautiful addition to my kitchen

I use the microwave for many things and needed one with a large capacity that would fit in a cutout and look like it was designed to fit. This one was perfect in every way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike any other microwave with its superb bowed out back of the inside to it's multi key pad functions that actually working exactly for the food types as listed definitely I had no other choice but to buy a 2nd one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two days ago and installed it in a cabinet hole that the old one came out of. My existing trim plate fits, however this unit is not as high as my previous Quasar, so I will have a new piece of trim made for the top. Micro Trim will do that.
Very easy installation. I didn't think the power cord would be long enough but it was perfect.
Cons: I think the 2016 design change to the turn off the display after five minutes of inactivity was a major mistake and will result in lost sales. In many kitchens this is the only clock. In my case the Oven is right under the Microwave with a clock. If not for that, I would have chosen a different brand with Sam dimensions.
The 2016 Consumer reports book shows that they tested 26 models and rated this model #3. The 2017 book just came out and this model did not make the cut. Could it be because of all the complaints you received about the clock? I would fire the decision maker on this design change.
Said it was done to save energy. I guess we can blame the Climate Change on this. I personally believe it is a natural cycle and not caused by man.
Would only recommend if the person didn't care about the clock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago to replace my dead microwave. I love it. The EZ-ON feature is great! It has all the features I want and then some! I don't get the "Truecookplus" feature, though. I went looking in the grocery store frozen section to find the emblem and found none. It's a little hard to read the keypad in low light and it would be nice if the clock stays on all the time. These issues aren't a show stopper for me though.
