[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the first LCRT2010ST on 11/10/2015 and the number one in the number pad quit working on 11/16. Holidays and other matters kept me from returning it and on 2/17 the number 2 stopped working. That is when I took it in for repairs. My geek squad protection plan was activated and they returned what I had paid for the unit. I expected a replacement of the same product but I did not get that because it was now priced $10.00 more. So now I got another LCRT2010ST. I figure that if it gives out at one year, I can be enjoying a new micro every year.
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Upon receiving we realized it has an energy saving function which turns the clock off after a couple of minutes if no use. You would think there would be an overide for this but there isn't. We are contemplating sending the unit back. Other than this it's a great microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge microwave. Strong wattage allows me to cut recommended cooking times pretty much in half. Looks very pretty on my counter top too.
