I have many LG products in my home and when I started shopping for a new microwave some weeks ago I knew that LG would certainly be on my comparison list. Of course when it got down to the basics there was really no comparison at all. LG is the best and it backs up what it says. Actually it really doesn't have to do much backing up. I have only had service done once on my washer and dryer and didn't really need it then. I love my microwave. It is easy to use and make my day just a little bit brighter. Thanks LG.

This was a replacement for us and it took a while to get used to the differences, but after a few months it appears to be a good choice. The only reason I do not check excellent is that I do not believe just a few months can warrant an excellent. Wait a year and ask me again. But, for now, everything seems to be good, cooks well, quiet, attractive and easy to clean.

Works REALLY Good and Great for Popcorn!!

I have had other microwaves that burnt, or didn't completely cook the entire bag of popcorn. This microwave cooks popcorn, perfectly. I always need a microwave for defrost, and this ones is very easy to operate. Plus there are warm features, and melt features. I really like the pretty walls on the inside, they are a grey, rounded curves not corners and so easy to clean up. A Great Buy for the money.

The oven works great. The only issue is every time I want to use the Sensor Cook feature, I have to look up in the book what number to use for different foods. Also, I have to look what numbers to use for melting/softening butter. The quality is very good. I would buy LG products again.

I like it very much, but I find it difficult to read the numbers and other controls. It would be helpful if they were illuminated. Also the turntable seems to sound like it needs oiled every now and then.

WE HAVE HAD THIS PRODUCT FOR A FEW WEEKS AND FIND IT EASY TO USE. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AND WE HAVE NOT USED ALL OF THE DIFFERENT CYCLES. WE LOOK FORWARD TO TRYING THEM ALL IN THE FUTURE.

like all the features of this model, but the door seems a little loud when closing. Love the features and still learning how to use. The true cook button sounds great and works well but have to look at a website to get the codes. Only a limited number available to use and hopefully LG will make a booklet with these numbers to make it easier.

The quality of the device, it's ease of operation, it's multiple features, all make this a great buy. It's a good value, priced lower than other ovens with fewer features. It's nice and roomy, plenty of space for large casseroles, and easy to operate.
