[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave several months ago, based on reviews that I had read online and comparing prices in the stores. It has worked great, and I love how perfectly it defrosts and softens and melts. It is easy to clean too. Someone in our household mistakenly microwaved an egg in the shell, and it exploded. Well, this microwave was easy to clean with the rounded back wall. Fewer crevices to get dirty. I am very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the whole set, microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher, about six months ago. Everything works great. The only issue I have is that the stove/oven and the microwave make the same beeping noise. When I am cooking it is sometimes hard to disguise which one is beeping. And also the up to temperature beep and the timer beep sound the same. I wish I could change the tone of some of the alarm/alert noises. But everything else is wonderful. My complains are insignificant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works every time. Timer alert could be longer or make you wait until you manually cut it off instead of just quitting after 7 seconds. Would have preferred a lighter interior instead of the dark grey.

Nice microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 4th LG microwave I've owned. Obviosly I like them or I would not keep buying them. The first two I had were destroyed by power surges ( I live in a rural area ) so I purchased a surge suppressor with the third one. Don't know what the problem was, but it quit working about a week after I bought it. The store where I bought it was nice enough to replace it with another and I've had no trouble with the replacement.
