Very hard to close the door

This microwave is great as long as you do not have to close the door! You have to close the door so hard it moves the microwave. The springs that move the latches are way to strong.
It works fine has great features and did a great job cooking. However after a year and a half it broke. The door would no long stay shut.
I would not recommend this to anyone.

My former microwave "gave up the ghost" as we use to say. I love this microwave! I was pleasantly surprised by the features it has, like "True Cook". The interior being round, allows more room to cook with as well as easier cleaning. It actually cooks evenly without hot or cold spots. I really like the ability to let the oven cook for me without always having to program everything, like baked potatoes. I simply put them in (after prepping them of course), hit potato and off it goes. They are done evenly and not over cooked! I am really happy with this microwave!

This is the 3rd microwave ( a gift) we have used.
This is by far the easiest and most efficient one.
It looks great in our kitchen and the operation is very easy and the results are always good. We would heartily recommend this product to others.

Absolutely wonderful performer

I wanted and waited till this product was available and am very glad I did. The quality of this appliance seems way beyond the price I paid. This appliance wasn't even on sale when I purchased it and would have been glad to have paid more for the quality, performance and style along with some of the newest features that are yet to come to the market that will work with companies making ready to cook meals. This microwave is several times worth the small amount being charged for it.

Wish it had a handle.

Overall this model is very good. I just wish it had a handle to open instead of the push button opener. I like the rounded interior, easier to clean, and large enough to accommodate most anything. I have only had this microwave for a month, so I can not attest to it's longevity. That remains to be seen.

Nice microwave oven

I would have given it 5 stars but the control panel is not lit up nor legible. Defrosts better than any microwave I've ever had. Very even best also. It just needs all LCD or similar control panel. Maybe even just when you open the door. Anything!.

Love this Microwave Oven

This purchase was not my choice but my son's since he paid for it. I was extremely hesitant first of all because I thought it was all stainless, but that turned out to be trim only. Then I saw the inside with the rounded interior and it wasn't paper and it was so easy to clean. After that I cooked, really, popcorn, frozen dinners, reheated leftovers. I was hooked and in love. Best microwave I've ever had. This is my 4th so I have a frame of reference. Love it and highly recommend it.

Works GREAT! Until the warranty runs out...

A couple of months after the warranty expired, we started experiencing problems with the unit not cooking consistently and overheating w/ smell of electronics burning. I don't feel that I want to replace a microwave every year for $200 or so. Not a good investment and very disappointed in LG, which is normally known for quality products that last...
