First use - turntable not operating. No manual in box. Customer support says we need service. This is brand new. Headed back to the store.

I particularly like the "more" and "less" buttons for time extension of +/- 10 seconds. Curved edges in the compartment is nice for easy cleaning.

cooks well but panel is difficult to read

"Re-Heat" is awkward. If you open door to check status the machine reverts to start count instead of continuing when door is closed.
Cooks very evenly and well.
The Panel for selecting cooking levels/choices is very "difficult to read". We have to use a flashlight to see the options. The panel should be back-lighted when you are ready to use.
With a panel modification this microwave oven would be highly recommended.

This product works well but it does not have inverter technology and if your used to it it makes a difference. The defrost is typical of a conventional microwave. You have to play with the setting to achieve a good defrost without over or under defrosting. It does not have inverter technology! I also feel the inverter technology heats more evenly. Over all this microwave heats just fine and food is hot. Has a very helpful menu inside of the door frame to help you decide cook times. Its curved inside and yes it helps with cleaning it. Over all good quality for a todays product.. Has thin plastic door latches as all that I've seen on microwaves of today. Time will tell as to how long this product will last.

Love the features and size of this unit

We recently purchased this model because we were tired of purchasing cheaper microwaves that were basic and never last very long. This is a very good microwave and we love the features of auto cook, reheat, etc. The sensor cooking works great. Highly recommend.

Had to find a microwave quickly after a power surge took mine out and this one seemed to be the best value. It has all the features I need and is easy to use.

It has been only over a month but we love it. Great product!! I have limited space and this went well into into. Happy to have this product. Looking for more LG products now (like washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc.....).

After just over a year of ownership--the door latch system failed & had to have it replaced twice & then the third time was quite enough ! Was dissappointed in the quality of the part & the unreliability of it. We finally just threw it out & bought a different microwave.
Pros: bad design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
