[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave performs very well for cooking and warming plates of food. My biggest concern is you cannot easily see the tabs on the front of the microwave. With time I am sure I will know where the button is for the feature that I want. it is a disappointment that they are not easily read.

POOR PACKING DESIGN

THE OPERATION IS FINE, BUT THE PACKING DESIGN IS TERRIBLE, THE GLASS TURNTABLE IS PACKED AGAINST ONE OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS WITHOUT PROTECTION, AND IT ARRIVED IN MANY PIECES
Pros: easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have had it 2 weeks and have been very happy with it. The black stainless looks sharp and it is fairly quiet. The preset timer works well and it will be interesting to explore all the other features as we use it.

Great Price and 16" Turntable
