Out standing ease of operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new micro wave oven for about a month now and am completely satisfied with the performance. Defrosting foods is a breeze. I like the cool down feature and the power saving mode. The display turns off but the clock continues to keep time. It even kept the time when I experience a power outage.

Tried the "soften butter" feature, and it over heated the butter.
The automatic dinner plate heating overcooks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved our last LG microwave, but due to a new home we had to choose a different model. This model is bigger and easy to use. It has been hard to get used to the clock shutting off when not in use. I do miss the one touch start buttons for 1-6 minutes. I like the ability to add time or remove it.

Clock doesn’t stay illuminated

Entered the time per the instructions and at first I thought I did it incorrectly because the clock does not stay on for more than three or four minutes. As it turns out that seems to be a malfunction on this particular oven. I’ll be returning it as that is pretty annoying

We apologize you do not like this feature. The display will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of idleness as an energy saving feature. ^CP
