Soap does not dispense, flatware holder is in the front blocking the soap, cycles are way to long. Worst dishwasher ever.

Washes dishes, silverware & utensils adequately.
Find A LOT of water inside washer after cycle. Advised by service to open door ajar slightly after wash cycle to allow water inside to evaporate.
Service required after one month of ownership- related to loose connection to drain sensor which caused the washer to stop working. After initial service call, related part apparently failed and had to wait for replacement.
Very satisfied with prompt attention to service call and follow up.

I've had this DW for several months, does a great job cleaning the dishes and looks great in our kitchen. We had remodeled and needed to add a black DW and this one looks very nice and does the job.. I like too, that it dries the dishes really well.

We just love the steam clean. Never had it so clean. Even use it to clean my smoker equipment (racks, pans, etc.). Quite as well.

We have had this dishwasher for a couple months now. The dishes are Clean. It is very quiet. I like the adjustable top rack as I, at times, use many large items in baking and this gives me the ability to wash all of them in the dishwasher at once instead of by hand. However, I am disappointed in the utensil baskets, the slotted tops are too narrow to fit my cutlery so I had to remove them, great concept though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

had to make a service call after first week, because manual was not very informative. I had many questions. Consumer needs to know not to use powdered detergent, since machine runs on very little water. I was very upset the first few weeks with quality of the cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
