Excellent Choice and Reliable

I wanted an above-medium cost product that would handle daily use and dry all plates, flatware, etc. This GE does the job well. My only concern is that the silverware racks appear to be "warping" at the topside covers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

too small interior and the door will not close properly in order to start the wash if there is silverware in upper tray and tray is in the front. no problem if you move the tray to the side but that limits amount of items to clean at one time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dry cycle leaves things dripping wet. Dishes don't fit into the dishwasher. Silverware slots are too small for silverware. Still not installed correctly.

First new GE dishwasher in over 30 years... all the features wanted, including energy saving cycles. So, so quiet... no longer have to shut the kitchen door when it's run. But why the Steam cycle?
