Great dishwasher

I bought this over two months ago and it came in damaged three times. The fourth one can in undamaged. The dishwasher cleans flawlessly. Even heavily soiled dishes were spotless.

Have bought GE before but this is the first dishwasher. It was easy to install and you can not hear it run thru its cycles. Great machine.

Gone are the days that you need to rinse and prewash dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. The dishes came out clean, literally spotless -- not even a water spot.

Wonderful dishwasher

We have had our dishwasher for a couple of months now and really like the way it cleans and how quiet it is. You need to put your ear right next to it to hear it running. We did have a problem at first getting the silverware baskets loaded correctly to allow the door to latch. A repairman came out and showed us how to load the baskets correctly. He actually ordered new silverware baskets for us, thinking that they may have warped causing them to lean out too far; but once we paid attention to loading them correctly, we haven't had a problem, even with the original baskets. One other thing that has taken special loading is the glasses on the top rack. If you don't put something behind and in between the tall glasses (or place the glasses over the posts between rows), the glasses fall over and sometimes break when you push the rack in. Again, once we learned to load it to accommodate this, it works fine. I think both the silverware trays and the upper rack are both good candidates for study and re-design to resolve these issues.

Of things I'm not happy with . All of the items are very wet when I open the dishwasher after several hours of them being in the dishwasher. Even when using the heated feature. Also the pods don't always dissolve which causes the dishes to not be as clean.

My new GE is absolutely the nicest dishwasher I have ever owned. It's quiet, our dishes are sparkly clean and there's plenty of room for this large family's daily uses. I would highly recommend this model! Thank you, GE!
