Was installed today. Used it for first time and was pleased at how quiet it is. Lots of features to get used to but all in all it is great.

Not So Hot!

We are disappointed with this dishwasher. It does not sufficiently dry the dishes by the end of the cycle. Our previous, non-GE, dishwasher was much better at drying the dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a dishwasher it does a good job. The design of the silverware trays is terrible. The slotted caps are for tiny silverware. Almost all the time the silverware is bunched on top of one another or laying down on the bottom of the tray. Almost all the time when I am emptying it I have to put it upside down and knock the items out
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I moved into a new home 8 years ago, and due to GE no longer having a "down draft" oven I selected another vendor to equip my kitchen! BIG MISTAKE, I have returned to GE for my dishwasher choice and it is SUPER, QUIET, so glad to be back with GE.

I thought my previous dishwasher was quiet... you have to stop and listen or look at the lights to see if this one is running... and it still does a great job on cleaning.
